This is an entry level, temporary position in engineering series. Interns will receive specialized training in a wide range of engineering tasks. Interns should have knowledge of departmental policies, operations, and goals and apply discretion in using this knowledge in the performance of tasks. Work is performed under general supervision in the beginning, progressing to a more independent status and work is subject to review in progress and upon completion.

 

Responsibilities

  • Use engineering equipment and tools, including computer applications; to make, read
    and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Assist with engineering activities and services
  • Provides responsible staff assistance to the Engineering staff
  • Respond to inquiries on new developments
  • Maintains accurate and complete records for files
  • Conducts research and analyze data
  • Complies and reviews engineering-related data
  • Collaborates and confers with customer
  • Communicates effectively both orally and in writing
  • Maintains effective work relationships with supervisor
  • Performs related duties and responsibilities as required

 

Intern Requirements

S.A.T Company is looking for an undergraduate student in UAE who is majoring in Electrical,
Mechanical, Civil and etc. with below requirements:

  • Maintaining an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Knowledge of basic engineering principles and techniques
  • Knowledge of engineering planning, equipment and materials used in engineering
    operations
  • Specialized subjects used in the fields of engineering, such as mathematics,
    statistics, mechanics, power, physics and chemistry; and of strength of materials
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Technical Report writing skills
  • Familiar with Labview
  • Excellent problem solving ability

ensuring consistent and robust cybersecurity capabilities that reduce enterprise risk, enable
business and operational resiliency, while addressing evolving cyber threats. The intern will be
part of the IT team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Implement, manage and support Network Forensics
  • Implement, manage and support Mobile Forensics
  • Integration of biometric solution with IT Security
  • Support of Network Infrastructure, both active and passive components.
  • Support of IT security detection and prevention technologies.
  • Responding to and evaluating cyber risks and incidents
  • Developing and updating cyber security governance and standards
  • Documentation and testing new IT Forensic technology.
  • Assessment of new application ideas
  • Research competitor offerings
  • Develop Network security strategies
  • Assist and support in various duties as needed.

 

General Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited to:

  • Getting up to date for latest advancement in field of IT Forensic & Security
  • Attend partner trainings and other online trainings in the field of IT Forensic, security
    and mobile forensics.
  • Liaising with IT department for day to day responsibilities.

Applicants must be familiar with basic scientific principles.

  • Interns must be pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in forensic science,
    chemistry, biochemistry, biology or a closely related scientific field.
  • Minimum GPA requirement is 3.0
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet
    deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Analysis of controlled substances
    • Identification and comparison of evidence such as hair, fibers, paint, glass, fire debris, explosives and gunshot residues
    • Location and identification of body fluids, including DNA analysis

    • Breath or blood alcohol analysis
    • Ante-mortem screening and identification of drugs and toxic materials in blood and urine samples
